Digital delivery
We do not sell or ship physical products through this website. Design files, websites, and other agreed deliverables are shared digitally through the channels agreed with the client, such as email, a shared workspace, or a live website. Delivery milestones and formats are specified in the project proposal or written agreement.
Physical shipping and exchanges
Because our services and deliverables are digital, physical shipping, shipping charges, and exchanges of physical goods do not apply. If a client commissions any physical item through a separate written agreement, its production, shipping, and replacement terms will be agreed separately before payment.
Revisions and support
Requests for changes to digital deliverables are handled under the revision and support terms of the relevant engagement. Please report a missing deliverable or delivery issue to hi@sukratu.co.
