Services and scope
Sukratu offers product design, graphic design, branding, and website development services. The scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and any ongoing support for a project are set out in the proposal, statement of work, invoice, or written agreement accepted by the client. If those documents differ from these general website terms, the agreed project document governs the service.
Starting a project
Work begins after we agree on the scope and any required advance payment is received. The client is responsible for supplying timely information, content, access, and feedback. Changes to the agreed scope or schedule may require a revised quote or timeline, which we will communicate before proceeding.
Fees and payments
Prices, taxes, payment milestones, and recurring billing terms are stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or subscription agreement. Any recurring charge will follow the billing frequency disclosed when the client subscribes. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party provider; Sukratu does not ask clients to send card credentials by email.
Deliverables and intellectual property
Ownership and permitted use of final deliverables follow the written agreement for the engagement. Until otherwise agreed, third-party materials, fonts, software, and licenses remain subject to their respective owners' terms. Clients confirm they have the rights to materials they provide to us.
Changes, delays, and disputes
We will discuss material changes to deliverables or timing with the client. Please report concerns about a service or invoice to hi@sukratu.co with the project name and details so we can investigate. Cancellation and refunds are addressed in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Website use
Website content is provided to describe our services and past work. Do not copy or reuse our work, branding, or site content without permission. Third-party links are offered for convenience and are governed by the third party's own terms.
